Connie Campbell
Sr. Operations Manager
Connie started with PCS in June of 2007 as an implementations specialist within the technical support department, and learned as much as possible about how to download and troubleshoot terminals and integrated equipment. She has worked hard to build relationships with service techs, vendors and ISOs over the years. She has since been promoted to the manager of the implementations, tech support and deployment departments, and has also continued with her education. Connie is passionate about helping other and growing the company’s level of support to our merchants, partners and service techs.

Kari Natividad
Director, Partner Sales
Kari started with PCS in September of 2014 as a Customer Service Representative where she quickly learned the service side of credit card processing. Within the first year she took the opportunity to move on to the sales team as a partner support representative. She grew immensely and learned a lot in this role to eventually become Partner Support Manager. With a passion for helping others and continuously learning, she strives to assist the team to service our partners and continue to grow our partner relationships. Kari graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree.

Jon Fisk
Corporate Sales Manager
Jon Fisk joined PCS in 2017, beginning his career as a telemarketer before quickly advancing into Corporate Sales. Over time, he built strong industry partnerships and brought high‑value clients into the PCS portfolio, eventually stepping into a leadership role managing the sales team. Passionate about helping business owners succeed in a competitive market, Jon empowers his team to deliver innovative, tailored solutions. Outside of work, he’s an enthusiast of Japanese history and culture and enjoys hosting partners and fostering meaningful relationships over a glass of Suntory at a local izakaya.

As Director of Sales, he brings a merchant‑first mindset, prioritizing trust, transparency, and meaningful partnership. Known as a true people person, Adam values strong relationships and believes in working collaboratively to support merchants’ success. Passionate about his work, he credits his achievements to the fantastic team around him and remains committed to creating solutions that put merchants first.

Jamison has eight years of experience in the payments industry at PCS, where he has built strong, lasting partnerships and enjoys connecting with clients face-to-face at trade shows and events. As a Senior Sales Representative, he thrives on building relationships, identifying customer challenges, and delivering effective solutions. With a background in the service industry and strong leadership experience, Jamison values collaboration and takes pride in supporting and learning alongside a top-performing team. Outside of work, he is a proud father of two sons and enjoys traveling, playing hockey with his boys, and spending time in the mountains.

Christopher Rawson brings over 41 years of experience in the payments industry, having held senior business development roles at First National Bank of Omaha, Concord EFS, Clearent, and R.C. Rawson Co. before joining Paysafe/Petroleum Card Services. He is known for building long‑term, mutually profitable relationships and crafting solutions that solve real business challenges, supported by his deep and unique understanding of the many facets of the payments ecosystem. Christopher is driven by a passion for delivering scalable, flexible payment solutions, competing for — and winning — new business, and valuing the relationships, continuous learning, and extensive experience gained throughout his career.
